Meeting Profiles: Sunday Night Step Study

Every Sunday night at 6 pm, the Step Study Meeting takes place at Broadway United Methodist Church, in the basement at 3344 N Broadway in Chicago. This closed meeting of Crystal Meth Anonymous provides a supportive environment for individuals struggling with addiction to crystal meth, focusing on the Twelve Steps of recovery.

Each week participants delve into one of the Twelve Steps, studying it in depth and sharing their experiences, strengths, and hopes in applying it to their lives. Recently the meeting has incorporated the newly published New York City CMA guide, “The Twelve Steps for Crystal Meth Addicts” as its primary literature, offering contemporary insights and guidance for those on the path to recovery.

Through fellowship, support, and the study of the Twelve Steps, fellows may find a sense of community as they journey through sobriety literature together. All are welcome at the CMA Chicago Sunday Night Step Study meeting, at 6:00 pm at Broadway United Methodist Church, 3344 N. Broadway in Chicago.

This Meeting Profiles series highlights the nearly two dozen CMA Chicago meetings recognized by Intergroup, the organization which supports Crystal Meth Anonymous meetings throughout Illinois.
